Pay Equity Analysis
Our Pay Equity Analysis programs are designed to evaluate internal equity, including adverse impact by race and gender for each job family, pay classification, job title, and organizational unit; identify problematic pay anomalies that require further investigation; determine cost impact of adjustments; OFCCP-style AAP compensation analyses and audit management support. We assist in creating pay analyses groups, evaluating and developing data sets, performing cohort analyses and multiple regression analyses as indicated.
Implementation and Training
HRM offers several tailored training programs to support AAP implementation, including:
AAP Basics: This program focuses on the "nuts and bolts" of AAP compliance, including the key concepts of EEO/AA, technical requirements of an AAP, steps for AAP development and implementation, data collection and record-keeping requirements, and other legal and practical issues.
AAP Audit Prep: This program focuses on preparation for a desk audit or on-site compliance review audit by the OFCCP.
What Managers and Recruiters Need to Know: This program focuses on the roles and responsibilities of staff recruiters and hiring managers in the development, implementation and ongoing support of EEO/AA.
