There’s a lot of lecture-based training in the world of corporate education. It’s dry, it’s dreaded, and thankfully, it’s not us. Our onsite training programs are all about participant engagement and learning with a purpose. Keynotes and Conference Breakout Sessions
Our team of consultants are frequently called upon to facilitate learning sessions for large meetings and conferences. We can deliver an interactive keynote or subject-specific presentation to kick off a meeting, or deliver a series of information-packed breakout sessions.
Meeting and Retreat Facilitation

Intensive Boot Camps
Sometimes calendars are so tight that groups have difficulty scheduling a protracted series of meetings or training sessions. Stretching sessions too far apart causes the training initiative to lose momentum and participants to forget what they’ve learned. And sometimes, urgency of need requires teams to get up to speed on a subject as soon as possible. For these reasons, we offer several of our programs in a boot-camp format. These courses are intense multi-day experiential programs. Each camp is unique to the group for which it is developed. They can be conducted at your location, our state-of-the art training facility, or an off-site location arranged by you or us.
