Jessica Beeland
Sr HR Consultant

Jessica Beeland is a Senior payroll specialist with HRM.  With over 20 years of valuable experience serving as Controller and Director of Finance & Human Resources for numerous small-to-medium-sized companies in the technology, foodservice, and telecom industries, Jessica is well-versed in the various areas of accounting, payroll, and human resources including employee benefits.  Within the last 12 years, she has completed three successful Merger and Acquisitions.  Jessica’s extensive background in accounting enables her to engage with companies who need assistance with streamlining processes, reviewing current accounting procedures for efficiency and accuracy, reconciling past and current books, and implementing corrective measures to maintain GAAP compliance. In addition, her experience in payroll and human resources allows her to play an integral role in an incredibly vital area of the business. Her attention to detail, problem-solving and communication provide positive results necessary to establish a strong culture of accuracy, readiness, and accountability. As a native Georgian, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
