Our Process

As part of the process to get to know you and your organization’s needs, we provide an initial meeting (at no cost to you) to become more acquainted with your organization, HR business concerns, and executive recruiting needs you may have.  It is during this meeting when we will assess all your needs and then propose services for you to consider.  We are here every step of the way and can provide an array of services from a stand-alone project to full Administration support.
