Screening Services
HRM and First Response, Inc. offers a wide array of pre-employment screening and background verification services. Background screening can reveal criminal arrests and convictions, verify employment and education history and more, reducing the risk involved in making a hiring decision. Services include state and federal criminal reports, motor vehicle reports, credit reports, bankruptcy and civil records searches, social security number trace, sex offender search, among others. Fees are service are based on a rate schedule for each report and service requested.
