Theresa Martin is a Senior Consultant with Human Resource Management, Inc. Theresa has over 20 years of experience in both corporate and consulting roles managing payroll and benefits functions and human resource information systems. Her consulting experience includes the role of Benefits, Payroll, and HRMS Implementation Consultant, End-User Trainer, and Project Manager with responsibilities for leading the evaluation, implementation, integration, and training of users for many HR technology systems including PayCom, iSolved, Ceridian DayForce, WorkDay, SAP, ADP Workforce, HRPRO, MAS, Lawson, TALX, Halogen, BenefitFocus, Discovery Benefits, ACom3, and various time and attendance systems. She excels at coordinating project teams during due diligence, configuration, input, auditing, and final output through implementation. She has worked with companies ranging in size from 600 to over 15,000 employees in both union and non-union environments. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from UAB.
