HR-On-Site is our popular monthly subscription service that provides dedicated HR Consultants on-site with our clients, when and where HR services are needed most.

HR is mostly about people, and sometimes workplace issues need to be solved face-to-face. And, some HR administrative processes are best handled on-site in collaboration with your leaders and staff. The scope of engagement is completely scalable in terms of time and tasks performed, based upon the nature and duration of your unique needs. From being onsite a few hours each week, or several days each week, on a fixed or flex schedule–you make the call. We can handle only specific delegated HR tasks or flex to handle any HR-related issues that arise. This service is ideal for small- to mid-sized organizations without an experienced HR professional, HR departments of one, and interim coverage for HR team members on leaves of absence.
